Selection for the Full-Time Master of Technology program is based on the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE). The candidate should possess a minimum of B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc. or equivalent with a CGPA of 6.00 on a 10-point scale or 60% marks in aggregate for General/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS Category, along with a valid GATE score. Candidates with a B.Tech. degree from IITs and a CGPA of 8.00 are also eligible without the requirement of GATE. Additionally, candidates with AMIE/Grad. IETE qualifications are eligible as well.
